Audiomaxx specializes in custom audio installations — plus car stereo, alarm systems, remote starters, backup cameras, lighting, finish protection, and the accessories that make a vehicle yours. We’ve been a premier Bronx shop since 1996, and we aren’t going anywhere.
OUR STORY
It started with one clean install — and a refusal to cut corners.
Audiomaxx opened its doors in 1996, founded by Frank on a simple idea: treat every car like it’s your own, explain the work honestly, and stand behind it for life. In a business full of quick taps and hidden shortcuts, that was the whole pitch — do it right, every time.
One clean install led to another. Word traveled through the Bronx, and a single bay grew into the #audiomaxxTeam — a tight crew of specialists in audio, security, fabrication, and protection, several of whom have been here a decade or more. Along the way we became the borough’s only authorized dealer and installer for Alpine, JL Audio, DD Audio, and Compustar PRO.
The technology never stopped changing — from CD decks to CarPlay, from simple amplifiers to fully DSP-tuned systems, from basic tint to paint protection film. We changed with it and added services as our customers needed them. What never changed is the standard Frank set on day one.
Today you’ll find us at our home on Bailey Avenue in Kingsbridge — same crew, same standard, more services than ever.

You’ll now find us at 3410 Bailey Avenue, in the Kingsbridge area of the Bronx — formerly on East Fordham Road and Bathgate Avenue. We’re the only authorized dealer/installer in the borough for Alpine, JL Audio, DD Audio, and Compustar PRO.
Over 20 years of expertise means we’ve seen the technology change many times over — and we’ve kept up with every shift, from CarPlay to DSP tuning to modern paint protection. What hasn’t changed is the approach: use the best tools and techniques, explain every step, and stand behind the work.
