This project actually had two phases. The car came to us with Hertz amplifiers and an Audison BitOne sound processor. The system was in need of tuning and some rewiring. We also replaced the speakers and tweeters on the doors with Beyma and tuned the system.
In the second phase, we swapped out the antiquated factory stereo for a Pioneer NEXXXX, in the process creating a custom head unit kit. We also replaced the Hertz amplifiers for stronger more reliable JL Audio amplifiers. Bypassing the factory amplifier completely we were able to re-calibrate the BitOne and get a cleaner more powerful signal that drastically improved the sound and took advantage of the Beyma doors on the speakers.
